An iconic golf club and resort on the Dubai Creek, an extension to the clubhouse building was required, with a new gym, an additional event venue and a golf cart service bay.
The location included working in a live ‘front-of-the-house’ environment and a tight target date - to be ready for the annual Standard Chartered Marathon finish line.
